Teaching & Retreats

Teaching has been an important part of my professional life. I have taught in a wide variety of settings—Sunday sermons, half-day workshops, all-weekend retreats, and graduate courses on family therapy and pastoral counseling.

Leading retreats has offered opportunities for individuals, couples, and groups to step away from daily responsibilities and explore healing and growth in a more spacious setting. Retreats often allow for rest, reflection, and deeper personal work.

My teaching creates space for reflection, conversation, and the integration of psychological and spiritual insight.
